Kracl Meadows is Schuyler’s premier housing development for persons 55 and older.  Constructed in 2017, Kracl Meadows is located in the newest housing area in Schuyler and affords its residents wide-open spaces, while maintaining close proximity to basic living needs such as medical facilities, discount and hardware stores, grocery, and the new Schuyler Public Library.

All Kracl Meadows units have three bedrooms and two bathrooms.  Units are all-electric with ceiling fans throughout.  One bathroom is encased with reinforced concrete for storm safety.

Kitchen amenities include refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, and soft-close cabinets.  A full-sized clothes washer and dryer is included in each unit as well as a water softener.

 

A one-car garage with automatic opener is attached to the unit with direct access to the living quarters.

Services provided include snow removal, lawn care, and trash and recycling collection.  Also available at nominal fees are meals-on-wheels, the Schuyler Handi-Bus, and grocery delivery.
